Bathurst - Mrs. Exilda Boucher Legacy, 93, of Queen St. Bathurst, passed away on Monday (September 11, 2006) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.
Born in St. Isidore, she was the daughter of the late Ulderic and Catherine (Arseneau) Duguay.
She was pre-deceased by her 1st husband, Everett Boucher, and her 2nd husband, Ludger Legacy.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by:

Everett Boucher Jr. (Sharon) of Wawa, ON
Roger Boucher (Lorina) of Bathurst
William Boucher of Grand Prairie, AB
Richard Boucher of Toronto, ON
Three daughters:
Ethel Gray (Earl),
Laura Adams (Peter) and
Arlene MacDonald (Adrian), all of Toronto, ON
One son-in-law: Francis Desauza of Toronto, ON
22 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Anne-Marie in 1991.
The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday (September 12, 2006) at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon (September 13, 2006) at 2:00 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St. Burial will be in the Mount Carmel Cemetery, St. Mary's Ave., Bathurst. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday from noon until time of Funeral.
