It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Martina Legacy, who passed away peacefully on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital at the age of 73.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Mike and Imelda Legacy.

Martina is survived by her sons: Michel (Valerie) of Carleton sur Mer PQ, Jerry (Tammy) of Petit-Rocher Nord, Lee of Red Deer AB, and stepson Ronald of Bathurst.

Grandchildren: William, Dylan, Alexandre, Maxime, Noemie and great grandchildren Mae and Tom. She is also survived by her sister Mary Rose (Richard) of Pont-Landry.

There will be a small private gathering held at a later time.
