It is with great sadness that the family of Lillian Cormier, of Halifax, NS announces her passing which occurred on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, with family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. Lillian was 64 years old.

Born in 1961, in Bathurst, Lillian was the daughter of the late Francis and Therese (Lavigne) Cormier.

She is survived by her children:

Joseph Dradey of Dartmouth, NS and Lydia Revesz (Misha) of PEI.

A grandson Sosuke.

Her siblings:

Hilda Strickland (Victor) of Elmsdale, NS, Linda Cormier of Bathurst, NB, Margaret Cormier (Ed) of Red Deer, AB, Beverly Cormier (Allan) of Bathurst, NB, Annette Gray (Stanley) of Big River, NB, Nicholas Cormier (Nancy) of Sylvain Lake, AB, Sheila Cormier, Jackie Cormier (Rick), Irene Cormier (Rene) all of Bathurst, NB and Tina Cormier of Halifax, NS.

She was predeceased by a sister; Bella Morneault and three siblings in infancy.

There will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family gathering will be held. Donations in memory of Lillian may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst, NB.
