Tremblay, NB - Louis Bertin, 64, of Tremblay, passed away surrounded by his family, on Friday (June 15, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Nicholas Denys, he was the son of the late Albert and Oveline (Boudreau) Bertin. He was an electrician by trade and was a member of Local 2166 IBEW. Besides his wife, Aurella (DeGrace) Bertin. One son: Jacques (Mona) of Petit-Rocher One daughter: Carole Gray (Jimmy) of Tremblay Special nephew ; Michel of Tremblay, and nieces ; Francoise of Tremblay and Claudine of Petit-Rocher. Three brothers: Raymond (Dorice), Victor (Paula) and Léo (Thelma), all of Beresford Five sisters: Marie Cormier (Denis) of Nigadoo Albertine Tardif (Victorien) of Beresford Jeannine Frenette (Jean Guy) of St. Jean sur le Richelieu Viola Perron (Michel) of Longueil, Que. Evangeline Hachey (Réjean) of Nigadoo Four grandchildren; Jean Francois, Jessy, Justin and Jacob. Several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a sister; Fernande and brothers; Livain and Alban. The family will receive relatives and friends after 4:00 p.m. Tuesday (June 19, 2007) at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), 270 rue Centre, Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. from Eglise St. Polycarpe, Petit-Rocher. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until time of Funeral.
