It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of William “Bill” Wimperis, spouse to Jacquie Brunet, which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on Friday August 7, 2026, at the age of 81.

Born in Ottawa he was the son to the late Hilda Payne.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Résidence Prestige for all their care and compassion given to Bill.

As per his wishes there will be no funeral or visitation.
