Bathurst – Yvon Roy, of Dunlop passed away surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst at the age of 64.

Born in Dunlop, he was the son of the late Hermyl and Arnolda (Fournier) Roy. 

He is survived by a daughter, Glenda. 

One brother, Claude Roy (Marie Paule) of Beresford. 

One sister, Linda Furlotte (Stephen) of North Tetagouche. 

Sister-in-law, Carole Frenette of Beresford.   

A close friend Rose. 

Several nieces and nephews. 

He was predeceased by a brother, Donald. 

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 3 p.m. from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Donations in memory of Yvon may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
