Bathurst - Frank Regan, 87, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Robert L. Knowles Veteran Unit in Bathurst. Born in Montréal, he was the son of late Daniel and May (McNamara) Regan. Frank served in the Armed Forces during World War II, he was the member of the Herman J. Good VC Branch 18, Royal Canadian Legion, Bathurst. He worked in the store room at former Consolidated Bathurst Paper Mill, retiring in 1987. His wife Rose Marie Boudreau died in 1981. He is survived by: His children: Danny of Petit Rocher, N.B. Jimmy of Toronto, Ont. Violet of Mexico City Christine of Oakville, Ont. Seven grandchildren: Gregory, Thomas, Nicholas, Brandon, Omar, Ulyses, Alexandre. Brothers; Jack of Montreal, Que Bill of Edmonton, Alta. Sisters: Eileen of Vancouver, B.C. Mary of Tokyo, Japan Many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 Monday, September 28, 2009, in the Chapel of the Robert L. Knowles Veterans Unit, Champlain St., Bathurst.
