It is with heavy hearts that we, the family, announce the passing of Evelyn Morrison wife to Leigh Morrison, who passed away at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the age of 95.

Born in Canobie, NB, she was the daughter of the late Rufus Knowles and the late Bella (Jagoe) Knowles.

Besides her husband of 65 years, she leaves behind her son Terry Morrison (Michael Page) of Toronto, ON and predeceased by an infant daughter, Tamara Jayne.

Half-brother: Milton “Mick” Knowles (Helen) of Bathurst.

Several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sisters: Isalee Dempsey, Vesta Ramsay, Helen Sealy, Bella Knowles, Evangeline Upham and Alda Ellis. Brothers: Glendon and Morris Knowles.

As per her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date.

The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes for their care.
