It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Mrs. Jeannette Chamberlain, wife of the late Valmond Chamberlain of Rough Waters Dr., Bathurst, which occurred on Thursday June 1, 2023, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age of 77.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Marie Delima (Doucet) Doucet.

She is survived by two sons: Michel Chamberlain of Bathurst and Jason Chamberlain of Dorchester, NB.

One granddaughter, Emily.

One sister, Irene and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Jeannette was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

The family would like to thank Dr. Babineau, the staff of the 5th floor of the Chaleur Regional Hospital and the staff of the Résidence Prestige for the care Jeannette received.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday September 14, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bathurst.
